The operational process of our business starts with assessment of the needs that require attention in the targeted community domains. Based on the findings from ground assessment and working with stakeholders, we identify which areas of interest including education, health, or income generation demand urgent support. Upon needs definition, we prioritize projects and allocate our budget along with resources depending on projects’ significance. We ensure that our grounding is founded on complete visibility of our operations. The organization is fully aware that every penny received in the form of donations has to be accounted for and spent as per the donor’s wishes.
In order to demonstrate how our funds and resources are spent, we release reports from time to time to show our donors. For example, when people donate towards funding education services, we give progress on students aided, materials supplied and accomplishment recorded. These collaborations increase the voice and the impact of the project. This way, NGO, local governments and international organizations let us run programs that focus on the whole complex.
